One can eat only two meals a day. The first at noon and the second at 20:00 o’clock and the next time he eats is at noon the next day. Our body can achieve ketosis like that and become super efficient and knows to get rid of extra fat, toxins, proteins, sugars and much more.
“Nutritional ketosis” is a state we get the body to by making selective nutritional choices. The body needs to gain about 80% of all its energy from animal fat to get into the state of ketosis while eating.
